Just announced, two new low priced opportunities to learn about disaster preparedness and recovery for archival records! Disasters come in all shapes and sizes and regardless of the variety, you need to be prepared. SC SHRAB in partnership with PALMCOP is offering two mock disaster exercises this spring for you to get some hands on experience and ideas about disasters and learn about experiences and resources for your own planning. Join Heather South from the SC State Archives and Marie Ferrara of the College of Charleston for one of these fantastic and frugal opportunities: March 27th at the SC Dept. of Archives and History or April 29th at the Bluffton Branch of the Beaufort County Library.
